The Office Assistant is required to uphold general
maintenance, security and level of hygiene in the office during office
hours and perform simple maintenance tasks/reparation of installations
for employees’ and guests’ comfortable use of office rooms and
equipments, gardening included and to report back to the Office Manager
as their assistant should the need arise. Their scope of work is also
extensive as they also replace the Office Driver, Office Manager and
Office Security should they become absent, to support internal
distribution activities, administrative tasks of stock fillings and
perform lunch duties.
