Koperasi Andini Luhur
ANDINI Livestock Farmers Group which was founded in 1992 was the embryo for this cooperative. Continued to grow and eventually formed themselves as a cooperative in 1998. The name of Andini Luhur was chosen in order to be the inspiration for the welfare of members, the community and especially dairy farmers, especially in Jetak village, Getasan subdistrict, Semarang regency, Central Java.
Until 2009, the cooperative has 194 members with two business areas: savings and loans business, and main cooperative business which is divided into several units: dairy milk business, transportation services business, wedding equipment rental business, pasteurize, equity, cattle fodder and cattle rental system called "gaduhan".
Although the cooperative has never been directly involved in renewable energy projects, but the members are always encouraged to have a biogas reactor especially since BIRU reactor was constructed in Jetak.
Officially became BIRU CPO in May 2014, the Cooperative Andini Luhur is targeting the construction of 100 units of the reactor in Jetak and Sumogawe, Semarang, in 2015.
